The College Success Foundation provides college scholarships and mentoring to low-income, high-potential students.
Twenty-nine members of the Class of 2008 have won DC Achievers Scholarships from the College Success Foundation, which provides them with scholarships and mentoring.
Applications for the Class of 2009 will be available this winter.
