Spring Portfolio Presentations

Each year all Thurgood Marshall Academy students organize and present a formal portfolio consisting of their project work, goals and reflections of the entire year before a 3-4 person panel of faculty, staff, administrators, parents, and other students. Portfolio presentations require students to account for their performance in the classroom and as citizens of the Thurgood Marshall Academy community, by providing details about academic projects and reflecting on disciplinary violations. 12th grade students will be presenting the June 1-4 and all 9-11th grade students will present during June 7-11.

If you are interested in getting involved and sitting on a student panel, please contact Kyle Morean at (202) 563-6862 x148 or email him at kmorean@tmapchs.org
