Thurgood Marshall Academy is a public school, open to all DC residents entering 9^th or 10^th grade. Students will be accepted on a first come, first served basis at no cost with no testing requirement.

To apply, fill out an application form and submit it in person or by mail to Thurgood Marshall Academy, 2427 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue SE, Washington DC 20020. You may also submit it by fax: (202) 563-6946.

You may pick up an application from the school's main office or download it from the website. Applications are due by March 31, 2008.
