Thurgood Marshall Academy employs 28 teachers, three special education professionals, and twelve program and counseling staff working directly with students. Our teachers are unique for their dedication to students and families, academic rigor, and availability to students.

We have teachers and staff residing in all four quadrants of the District of Columbia. Our teachers and staff have previously taught in public schools, charter schools, private schools, and higher education.
